Carrier with multiple operating units

I have carriers in EBS which are assigned to multiple Operating Units. When I synchronize the carriers with OTM only one Operating Unit is displayed for the service providers.

Has anyone had this issue or know how to transfer multiple Operatins Units from EBS to OTM for an Service Provider?
