Can I use URL https://supportcenter.ieee.org/app/chat/chat_launch/p/1757 and then have a chat rule that routes the chat to a chat queue based on that product #1757?  I thought this used to work but I can't seem to get it working anymore.  It just keeps routing to the default chat queue.  Or can I have a separate chat launch page that pre-selects the product?
