How to customize team time cards page in redwood?

We need to customize the team time cards page to remove the approve and reject button. I previously raised a question on this and didn't receive a useful response. How do we use VBS to customize this page? Is it ready yet?

How are we supposed to move to Redwood OTL for 24D if we can't customize this page and have sufficient time for testing?
