Learners have different view in Available Offering option page

Hi Community!

I'm facing with a strange issue.

There are some learner that have the following view when trying to enroll to an available offering:

As you can see they view the button "Enroll" and the offering row is clickable to view offering details.

There are also some learner that have this view:

As you can see they have a "Select" button and they are not able to click on the offering to view the details before to enroll. If they click on "Select" they are automatically enrolled in the offering without the possibility to view details

I'm not understanding why there are two different view.
