Changing the order of login options of OCI

Description (Required):

We need an option to rearrange login options. Right now first option is to enter username and password, second option is to signin with SSO. We wanted SSO option to appear on the top and then username, password option. Today we don't have an option to do it.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

All employees to use SSO but SSO option is at the bottom, it is causing some confusion.
