Reason field mandatory- Close and Reopen PO

Summary:

Can we make reason field as mandatory while closing and reopening Purchase order from Manage PO screen. Re open and close is part of action button and this is pop up.

On click of reopen/close pop up is coming, in this there is reason field which should be mandatory.
