Can end dated work schedules be made inactive?

Summary:

We are creating new work schedules with new names. The previous work schedules all have an end date of 31.12.2025.

We do not want these to appear in the work schedule assignment page causing confusion to the managers assigning them.

When end date is changed to June 2024, work schedules still appear in the drop down list on Work Schedule Assignment page.

Is there an option to make them inactive?
