Representative selection logic in approval flow

Hello,

I've configured an approval flow that contains an approval flow of Representative.

I've selected the required Responsibility Type but I am missing to understand how does the logic for selecting the relevant representative works.

I mean, what are the parameters for selecting the relevant representative's by Area of Responsibility (Country? Location, Legal Employer? etc.) with the Requester ?
