Restricting the visibility of quote in Transaction Manager

Summary:

We have business in multiple countries. As the quoting process is same across the countries, we are planning to implement same Process for all the countries in CPQ. But Business has a request that quote created by user of Country A should not be viewing quotes of Country B and vice versa.

Do we have any functionality in CPQ to restrict quote visibility in Transaction Manager based on Country.
