Data Migration: Best Practice in Candidate DM

Hi team,

our client asks for a data migration process to involve an amount of candidate records more or less equal 50.000.
We alert them it can be a bad scenario in terms of systems performance and "system burdening"

Have you experience on a Data Migration so "weight" to provide by using HDL?
Any "dangerous impact" to highlight?
