Integration with QERDS Certified Email Services under eIDAS2 Regulation

In current project we are exploring the possibilities of integrating HCM with the Qualified Electronic Registered Delivery Service (QERDS) certified email services in compliance with the eIDAS regulation (electronic Identification, Authentication and trust Services), which is the European Union's framework for trust services and electronic identification.

eIDAS 2, the renewed version of the EU Regulation 2016/910, came into force on 20 May. The eIDAS Regulation (EU Regulation 2014/910) provides for a set of trust services, i.e. identification and data transmission common throughout the European Union. Among the trust services, the eIDAS Regulation providesalso called ERDS (Electronic Registered Delivery Service), i.e. secure transmission of data with proof of sending and receiving (eIDAS Art. 3.36).
