Stop Service Request creation
Summary:
We would like to stop the inbound emails from being created in the HR Helpdesk in Oracle. However, we still need the email channel to be kept open so that we can reply on the previous tickets, but we do not want new ones to be created.
We've set the profile option SVC_ENABLE_INBOUND_EMAIL_DEFAULT_PROCESSING to 'No', it stopped creating the service request as well as all the incoming emails.
