In Use Flag not checked on converted Assets

Summary:

We converted a bunch of Assets and when running the Asset register report we are not seeing them on the report output.

After some digging, we come to find that the In Use Flag on the Asset Descriptive tab is not checked:

Question - should this be checked? (note I tested one asset - checked the In Use flag and it does show on the register now)

What other use does this flag have - besides pulling into the Asset Register report? Asking in case we do not check this moving forward

We can see in the OTBI table - that the Asset In User indicator is set to Y but this does not seem to translate to this flag above - and is not considered for the Asset Register report.
