Learner Self-Service Conversations

Summary:

I have some questions around the Learner Self-Service Conversation.

  1. Can see there are some enhancements coming in 24C around moderating - assuming it's then not linked to the decommissioning of Oracle Social Network and it is going to stay as is?
  2. Currently, Learning Specialists can't add comments in the self-service - our need would be to be able to converse with learners, is that possible? We don't have an add button at the moment to contribute (see image below)
  3. Are there notifications associated with the self-service conversation? We'd want people to know when there are updates.
