Sub-inventory Level Reservations in Constrained Supply Plan

Summary:

We are having sub-inventory level reservations and are checking if constrained Supply Plan honors them. We found a note on MOS which indicates that sub-inventory level reservations are brought into Planning Central (Doc ID 1612416.1). But this does not seem to work for us in SP.

Does anyone have any experience with sub-inventory level reservations being honored in Supply Planning?

We defined reservation for an SO line with on-hand supply from a specific sub-inventory. When this reservation is collected into planning, though the plan honors on-hand reservation, it pegs the SO demand to on-hand supplies from different sub-inventories.
