REDWOOD - Unable to control "contact information category" in Family and Emergency Contacts page

Summary:

We wanted to default "contact information category" field to "India" to get the guardian detail fields to appear automatically whenever user opens the basic details section of the Family and Emergency Contacts page, however we are not able to do so by any means.
