How to implement the Agreement Pricing in Configuration

We have an external Commerce process and configuration is done in Oracle CPQ, we want to implement Agreement Pricing in configuration.

How can we pass the account details into the configuration or fetch the account details to configuration such that the agreement Pricing works?

Is there a way to pass the account details into the URL for configuration?
