How do we track the deletion of Grades and Jobs in ERP ?

Hi,

Can anyone tell us how can we keep a track on How or what's been deleted in Manage Grades →Grades Codes and Manage Jobs→Jobs Codes in ERP Fusion

Although we have enabled Manage Audit Policies in Our Application.
