REST API for employee delegation

Hello,

Is there a Oracle REST API available for getting the Empolyee delegation? Same data that the Oracle job "Employee Vacation and Delegation Rules Report" is producing.

We need the Oracle REST API version of this because our requirement is to expose a synchronous OIC integration that will return this information.
