Best Approach to Download files from UCM in VBCS Application

Hi,
What is the best approach to download files from UCM (https://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/cs) in VBCS Application.
The file size might be 100MB to 500MB, we cannot use OIC (Integration cloud as 10MB limitation in Payload size).
