How to Create Mandatory Inspection Results captured at Maintenance Work Order Operation level

Summary:

Wanted to create mandatory Inspection Result captured not at whole Work Order level, but at specific W/O operation level. Without entering the Inspection result operation/ work order will not be completed.
We have defined Quality Inspection Plan, Chrematistics and Inspection Criteria at Quality module.
Defined Work Definition as per using specific Standard Operations.
Created & executed Work order for the applicable assets and work definition.
But system allows to complete the specific operation without asking to enter mandatory Inspection Result. Not stopping to complete the operation for ensuring Inspection result.
Need your suggestion to configure this.
