Import map template macro enabled EXCEL xlsm has the 'Calculation' option as 'Manual'

Summary:

When we download the import map template file from Oracle Product Information Management, the downloaded Excel file has the calculation option set as 'Manual' in the formula tab which in turn also overrides all the calculation option settings in our local machine and sets them 'Manual' from 'Automatic'.

Excel formulas do not work well when the calculation option is Manual. Is there any way to set the default calculation setting to Automatic so these template files won't override that setting?
