Summary: When I try to run the accrual for an employee I am getting the error "An arithmetic, string, or conversion error occurred. The value exceeded the allowable range. For example, a string value may be too long."

It is weird because the accrual works fine for 6 out of 9 employees with this job title. I am getting the error on three of them.

Any idea where I should start, is this employment info related? The fast formula is lengthy and references a lot of info like working hours job code etc.
