Is there a mass vacation rule upload option in Fusion Cloud?

Client is on back to back shifts and would need recurring delegations automated. Daily and manual creation of vacation rules for each individual is cumbersome and high chances of forgetting. Customer is looking for a mass upload/import of vacation rules. Is this available in Fusion Cloud?
