Key Rotation from Cloud Guard

Summary:

Ensure user API keys rotate within 90 days or less & Ensure user auth tokens rotate within 90 days or less have come up in Cloud Guard.

Cloud Guard itself will automatically rotate these it just wants confirmation first, is there any reason not to do this / any repercussions to us doing this?
