OIC-3 API (/ic/api/integration/v1/environment) version data of environment is missing

Summary:

When triggering the API for our OIC environment (OIC-3) the value of pcar version is missing, before when we trigger the API we received also the version of our OIC Integration (from About page), now the value is missing. I also tried it on the older version of OIC (OIC Gen 2) and I received the version of OIC when triggering the API, is there any other way that I can do to get the version of the OIC Integration (API or WSDL) or there is a setting that we need to activate to get the version of OIC 3
