Course loading as blank screen for specific user

Summary:

I recently replaced a SCORM folder in our SFTP site and renamed it the exact file name. This is our normal process when updating courses. When I go into the Learn center and view the course, it starts to load and then only shows a blank screen. I tested to see if other courses that I did not recently revise had the same issue and they are launching correctly. I also had a colleague test if they can see it and it loads properly for her.
