Unable to allign timecard approval page recieved by manager

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where clients wants to edit timecard approval sheet as they want to delete some data and add some other information. Is it possible that editting can be done on standard approval notification page.

As you can see in below screenshot -

1. Action button next to approve button needs to be removed.
2. Under person information , renaming of manager to Line manager needs to be done.
3. Under person information , adding Project manager field.
4. spacing between sub heads like details , person information needs to be reduced and all the data should be alligned.
