User Permission issue in ARCS application

Hi,

We are planning to restrict the "Service Administrator" role access to limited people in our landscape. As part of that we granted the "Power User" and application specific roles to user as below.


Still user getting below error message when accessing "Profile"

How to resolve this issue. Please advise us.
