Configurations on Workflow Notification task in nonprods remain same or over written post P2T or T2T

HI

I am talking in general for all workflow tasks, Assume I have changed
the default From Address in workflow task notifications tab

example if PROD instance is "https://fa-exnq-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/"

When ever I get email from workflow, I have from email address as
"exnq.fa.sender@workflow.email.eu-frankfurt-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com" this
is default From Address. Customer wants this to be changed and
Notification Tab in workflow task gives me the feasibility to change
this. Now I changed this to "HRSystem@hcmprod.oraclecloud.com"

When clone is done says P2T same configurations are copied over to TEST
