Approved Absences are still showing as Awaiting Approval

We are seeing few absences that are approved by approver are still showing as Awaiting Approval status and processing status as error.
upon clicking on the view error link, it shows No results found.
This is happening every week. We donot when this started, but noticed this atleast from last month.
Transaction console the absence is showing as approved
In absence admin page, it shows as Awaiting Approval status and processing status as error.
at absence record screen it is showing awaiting approval but in transaction console it is approved.
Is this a Bug? Is there a permanent solution?
