How to get my approval workflow attachments added to my original requisition.

Summary:

When a requisition is created and went for approval, if the approvers are adding some additional attachments during the approval workflow, those attachments are not visible in the original requisition. Is there any way to get those attachments added to the original requisition without editing the requisition.
