Application registration failed - HCM Cloud

Summary: We are setting up integration with HCM, Test connection is successful but under Applications > Add Data source > HCM Cloud - "Application registration failed" error pops up.

Under connections → We have mentioned URL, ID & password of HCM → Test connection is successful. Now when we go to add the application, it throws this error "Application registration failed". Screenshot below FYR.

Has anyone faced this before? Can you please suggest what could be the solution. Thank you in advance.
