Recomandation - How to hide publishing info

Hi all,

as a learner on the courses that have been recommended to me, I can see the info highlighted in the screen below.
why should the learner care who published the course? very often courses are published through HDL by an IT, the information is irrelevant.

is it possible to remove them?
