Create pricing rule for service logistics work order to give discount on service activities

Can we create pricing rule based on the service activates performed on last work order on installed base asset for specific customer,

we want to create pricing rule so that whenever customer comes within 15 days of last work order and performed same service activities as per last work order the pricing will be 100% percent discounted, otherwise it will be standard

The rule will check is current service activity was performed in last 15 days for this asset and customer?, if yes then price will be zero otherwise standard
