Ability to change salary calc distribution based on entity

In our current OTB Workforce application distribution is 4-4-5 and so all the calculations for Basic Salary and other components are working on that basis. But we have a requirement where we want even distribution calculation to manage international employees. Is there a way we can manage this in OTB, like change the calc distribution based on Entity dimension or something?
