Elimination is not working in shared account structure

We have created alternate account structure for segment reporting and shared Balance sheet members from primary hierarchy to shared hierarchy.

It seems elimination is not working for shared hierarchy segment members, what could be the reason for the same.

Difference between primary hierarchy and shared hierarchy is the Custom 1 dimension members.
