How to reference position name in OTL approval rule

Summary:

We are using the seeded time entry layout component "Position" which uses time attribute "Assignment"
When we look in the tables we see that the position attribute is "AttributeNumber6" however, the value given is the ID value. The actual string value is located in column "Attribute_Number_6_Value.

What is the proper way to reference this so that we can reference Position name in the ELA Approval Rule.

When looking at backend tables using

SELECT *FROM HXT_TM_MTRX

We see that the value we want is located under “attribute_Number6_value”
