Attachments uploaded in self service portal are getting deleted after approval
Summary:
When an employee changes the Personal Information like Address or Name in self service, they have to upload a supporting documents in the same page. These changes are routed for Approvals. After approval, we could not see the documents anywhere in the system.
Is there a way to save these documents in DOR, so it can be used for any future references.
