Can we control access to Note in a grid inserted as a column as read and write for specific rows?

Hi Team,

We requirement that users want to control the access for specific companies taken in rows as Read/Write for Note Template inserted as column.

Ex. If Company A and Company B are in rows a particular user should be able to only read note for company A and write for Company B.

What we have notice that if note template has access as Write or Read is controlling the access.
