All Scheduled Absences Report Not Pulling an Employee

Summary:

There is a custom BI publisher report that our HR department runs every pay period to view absences for that pay period. For some reason, in the last pay period, there was one employee that the report did not pull who DID have absences in this last pay period. Attached is the SQL used to generate the report. Unsure if there is something on the report excluding the user for some reason, or if there's something about their HR record or absence data that made it not populate on the export.
