Agents are not automatically available when they sign in
Summary:
Prior to 24B Help Desk Agents were available as soon as they signed into the system. Now, they are unavailable by default and have to make themselves available for requests. Does anyone know how to make agents automatically available when they sign in?
I don't want to take away the privilege to determine their own availability, but I want it to default to available.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
