Can we add Known as name to the approval delegate user list

Summary:

We have changed Display name, full name, order name and list name to show Known as instead of First name throughout the Hr application. However this does not apply when you look to set up vacation rules and delegate your approvals - is there a way to add the Known as field to the search fields or at least show it in the results table when searching for the user to reassign or delegate to
