Expense accrual for closed POs

Summary:

POs accruing on the Period-End Receipt Accrual despite being closed at the Header and being closed at the line. This PO should NOT accrue regardless of invoicing status as it has been CLOSED at both the Header and the Line level. CLOSED PO lines were specifically excluded from the Create Uninvoiced Receipt Accruals program

Please help us to determine why this PO line accrued as part of the Period End Receipt Accrual process despite the PO header being closed and the PO line being closed.
