Is sandbox getting decommisionned with introduction of visual builder studio

Is sandbox getting decommisionned with introduction of VB. if getting decomissioned then can we know in which upgrade its getting decommissioned ?

lets say For example ''Purchase requisitions'' classic UI can we hide icon Under Procurement Tab ''Purchase Requisitions'' Icon with sandbox instead of Visual builder studio. will there be repurcussions If we use sandbox instead of visual builder studio?

Will we able to use both VB and sandbox side by side? what are the differences between these two Visual builder and Sandbox and when do we use them and when is sandox and VB  can be used and for what purpose can we able use this?
