Termination Dates and Payroll Data Query or Report

Hi

So looking for a query/DM or report that I can edit/update to show termination details and payroll data combined? Basically, I have been asked to create a report to be used for audit purposes on terminations and determine if the terms were entered timely and if not, was there an overpayment? If so how much. Hoping the report captures all the relevant term dates, notification, term date, last day worked, effective date and the employee's salary information so we can create a formula to determine the overpayment.
