How to do item-barcode-scan as part of replenishment task

We would like to perform item barcode scan while executing a replenishment tasks (CONSOL_REPLEN) created to pick cases

Replenishment tasks are created as part of movement request. We have configured the allocation to generate the tasks to pick in Cases and units. While executing the task to pick the cases, user is asked to enter the number of cases picked. However, we are looking for an option to scan each items picked. We are expecting same behavior as "item-barcode-scan" functionality available in "RF-Text: Pack NC Active {order}". The task type used in the movement request is "CONSOL_REPLEN". Please advise on how to accomplish this request.
