Subledger Accounting-Journals Real Time Subject area in OTBI not showing Supporting Reference Data

Summary:

From the "Subledger Accounting - Journals Real Time" subject area in OTBI, we are not able to pull actual data in any of the Supporting Reference 31 to 60 columns. It seems to show Supporting Reference meta data but not the actual data that we can see in the table XLA_AE_LINES and columns SR31 to SR60.

Has anyone experienced this issue? We ran the ESS job "Update Subledger Balance" program for the FAH source and ledger, but yet the supporting reference column data don't show in the OITBI extract.

Any ideas?
