oracle fusion learning mark attendance terminated employees

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have requirement to mark attendance for terminated employees. This is due to backlog of attendance history was not marked.

Anyone would like to share input on this. When we tried to mark attendance for historical terminated employee so system throw error.

So my understanding is we can't mark attendance of terminated records.

We should run job "Update Learning Assignment Statuses to Deleted or Withdrawn for Learners" and withdraw their enrollments.

Please advise for any better suggestions
