Manufacturers are not visible in Product Development - "Manage Manufacturers"

We have loaded multiple manufacturers using Import Management.

We are able to view these Manufacturers and create Manufacturer Part from Product Development - "Create Manufacturer Part" page (screenshot 1). However, from the Product Development - "Manage Manufacturer" screen, these manufacturers are not coming up. (screenshot 2).

How can we see these manufacturers from the product development - manage manufacturer screen ?

Screenshot - 1 - All the manufacturers imported via Import Management are available during the creation of manufacturer parts.

Screenshot - 2 - Only those manufacturers are appearing which are created from UI. Manufacturers imported via the Import Management is not appearing in the list.
